I think i may have made an error with à recent purchase of brake pads.

They are the Shimano R55C Ceramic replacement pads suitable for Dura-Ace, Ultegra and 105 systems.

I run Mavic ksyrium Maxtal rims ......can someone confirm wether these pads are suitable for Maxtal rims or not please.

Thanks in advance

Aren't ceramic suitable for carbon fibre surfaces?

Try em out and report the results :exit:

they're for carbon fibre rims, and will be pretty much useless on alloy hoops - wear away in 3-4 applications either disappearing in smoke (while not stopping you) or leaving a thick layer of gloop on the side of the rim.

Get the normal ones - http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-dura-ace-7900-pair-of-inserts/
