If i'm early enough i've managed to get a space on Ascot Street before (free parking, just a small cobbled street off of Bramall lane with about 5-6 spaces on it, almost directly outside the ground)
If I can't get on there i've ended up in the pay carparks (£5) on Denby Street, or Boston Street
if you google map it, the above will make sense
If you want a quick get away i'd avoid the Denby Street parking though as they close the access to Bramall Lane past the ground after the match until the away coaches have gone, so you can be sat waiting a while
