i am making a picture frame up with pics, programme, tickets from silverstone,
is there anyway this pic can be improved

i have put it in photoshop cropped it, upped, colour, it lacks any sharpness, wondered if there is anything else can be done, only taken with compact

clean up the noise to start off with. That might help a little but it never is going to be a great picture as in sharp, clean, bright
