Shane Warne has died.

I've been out and came home to this unexpected sad news. It was a shock.

Legend is I used too often but in this case…

An amazing and iconic player. Hard to split fast and spin bowlers, let alone batsman but one of the greats. An auto choice in the greatest team of all time.

Great commentator too and so passionate about the game. What a shock.
 
You were a remarkable cricketer and, unfortunately, the bane of the South African team's life in that era! I never met you, but I wish that I had. RIP Shane.
 
I was shocked and also found it quite poignant that Shane Warne tweeted his condolences for Rodney Marsh just before dying himself.

Was just watching a video on the ICC channel and apparently he was going to put his hand up for coaching England :eek:
