Hello, I am wondering if anyone can recommend me settings to use when rendering on Adobe after effects. I used to use a format called h264 and this used to work really well maintaining the high quality and reducing the file size but I can no longer share that file on creative cloud as I don't think they have the license for it.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your reply. I don't have either final cut pro or premier pro. Do you know if Adobe media encoder is any good?

What can you render to? If you can output an intermediate like DNxHD or ProRes, you could then use something like Eyeframe Converter or Handbrake to create a H.264 file.

I have not heard of eyeframe converter or handbrake. I have instead used adobe media encoder which seems to be working. Thanks for your help
