Setting up Zhyun Plus cradle

Hi anyone any experience of this,Ive watched some youtube turorials but still struggling. ALso I have aD700 with 24-120mm lens F4 I suspect from initial problems,the lens may be too heavy,although both items come under its maximum payload weight.
