I use Pec pads and Eclipse fluid and make my own swabs by wrapping a pad around a slice cut from an old credit card and taping it in place. Add a drop or two of fluid and clean. It might sound like a faff but it takes seconds to make a swab and in use the card flexes and therefore limits the amount of pressure that can be applied to the sensor.
Can be fun trying to get the sensor to stay still. Can't remember how I did it on my X-H1 but it involves switching IBIS off which took me a while IIRC.
