Ok when I look thought the view finder I have a few specs of what look like dust I have had a look on the sensor but can not see and dust spots have used a rocket blower but has not moved anything the mirror looks clean also and I've cleaned the view finder any ideas anyone

Could it be the lens?!?! Does the problem remain when you try another lens on if possible?

pretty sure you wont see a dirty sensor through the viewfinder.....

I'd say its a little dirt on the focus screen/view finder etc which as it will have no effect on the images I'd ignore it personally

If you've tried the rocketblower and not dislodge it, you've two choices. Either try to ignore it, it won't affect your images, or send your camera to be professionally cleaned. 2nd option could be costly.

Looks like it could be on the top plastic screen the bit which has the focus points on but looks like its inside

Ill just ignore it just wanna sale the camera but was not sure as to list it saying it will need a sensor clean but the sensor looked fine to me

You'd only see dirt on the sensor on actual pictures taken at small apertures when viewed at 100% on the computer screen.
I've just wet cleaned my sensor for the first time as I noticed marks when taking pictures with light backgrounds. Even knowing the dirt is there it was impossible to see it with the naked eye by looking at the sensor.
A basic cleaning kit of swabs and Eclipse fluid from cameraclean.co.uk sorted it out.
And I managed it without wrecking my camera. Easy peasy!

That is dust on the focus screen and shouldn't effect the second hand price or put anyone off most SLR's will have it or get it and it's pretty difficult to budge.

All sorted now I googled how 2 clean it popped it opened took it out all clean thx guys

I'm absolutely certain you wont. That's dust on the focusing screen. It will have no affect on image quality, but you can use a blower brush on the screen to remove it.
