I have some very stubborn dust spots on my sensor (nikon D750 ) the rocket blower doesn't seem to want to move them.
I have never used swab kits before so a bit weary tbh.
What are the best kits solutions out there.
And any tips would be great.

I was a little nervous first time I did this but it really is easy if you take your time.

After some research I found that Eclipse fluid got the best reviews. See this link

I am going to state the obvious but one thing you must do is make sure you get the correct swabs for your sensor.

There are several videos on the web which show you the techniques to do this properly. I suggest you watch one or two to get the procedure in your mind.

Before you start take a photo of a plain wall or sheet of paper and look to see where the worst spots are on the photo. Now reverse this for the sensor (e.g anything in the top left corner of the photo is on the bottom right of the sensor). Now give the sensor a clean. Now repeat the photo and see the difference. If the photo is still not clear do it again using a different swab. Keep repeating until the sensor is clean.

It really is quite straightforward. Once you have done it once it will hold no fears for you to do it again.

Just to add to @Grumps1974 useful info, if you take the wall picture or blue sky picture( you might have to wait a while for that ;)) make sure that you use a small aperture ie f22 as this will make the dust/spots easier to see.

I was pretty nervous first time doing it as well, but once you've done it once, you'll realise how simple it is. As long as you have a steady hand.
I went the cheap way and used an old credit card and cut it into strips for the swab, but if I was to do it again I would just buy some swabs.

I presume you put something over the swab? I use a plastic fork with the prongs cut off and sanded smooth as a wand with a pec pad wrapped around the end. A couple of drops of Eclipse 2 solution on the tip and a two-swipe wipe usually works to get rid of any stubborn dust. It's important to check your sensor regularly as the longer dust sticks to it the more difficult it is to remove it. Check it regularly and the rocket blower is usually enough.
 
Or you could send it back to the manufacturer to do in a clean room. Nikon do it for about £28. The dangers of doing it your self is that if you get it wrong a sensor replacement can be £1500

I do want to do it myself as I can't be doing without my camera for any length of time.

Oh yeah of course! I used Ped Pads as well. Scratched up sensor without any pad I would imagine!

I've used a Lenspen SensorKlear kit previously and it worked a treat for me, not keen on using swabs / wet clean, so this worked well.
 
And then you change and swap lenses on a beach! With gale force winds

Your welcome! The word got out at a couple of local reserves I visit that I had the sensor cleaning kit and I was approached by a couple of members asking would I clean theirs as well and even though I didn't want anything for doing it everyone so far as insisted on paying which in the end helped pay for the kit and also help prop up the gear fund!
 
hi tried most of the above but artic buttfly is my go too now works great and the loupe is way better quality than the sensor klear one i bought first

Tbh I do think it's crap. I have used it it has removed some dust but I'm sure it's put some on too.
Think it's time to get the Eclipse stuff.
What swabs are best to use?
 
Can anyone recommend the best swabs to use for the full frame. 24mm I believe?

I can't comment through experience, but a quick search on Amazon brings up XCSOURCE ones which from the reviews look up to the job.
 
Fixation did a superb job on mine, only around £30 although I was able to wait for it to be done on my way to work in London. They cleaned the whole camera, would have no hesitation in going there again.
