Hi just by accident I was looking down the lens and I can see dust particles etc I know it's not the lens it's new so it must be in the camera
What is the best way to clean this or do I just leave it as is does it have any effect

The following assumes the camera is a DSLR.

If you can see dust while looking down the lens then, unless you have moved the mirror up, it is not on the sensor, which is good news.

It could be within the viewfinder or on the prism/mirror. Even if the lens is new the dust could still be there. It is easy for dust to get just about anywhere, but if it does not show up on your photos it might not be worth bothering about.

if you mean looking the lens off camera and seeing dust then its in the lens. If you are looking through the view finder and seeing dust. It is ether ians or viewfinder, In both cases it is not the censer. As you cannot see censer dust through the viewfinder. If it dose not show on image dont worry about it.
