I dunno of this is a repost but it's the professional approach to sensor cleaning, with lots of advice on the available methods from a qualified camera technician. It's well worth a read through before you tackle the job or decide which is the best system for you.
With a name like Curt Fargo, you've got to trust 'im. Good article. Personally I've given up on the wet method due to too many smears. I've found the Copperhill sensor brush works well and the clone tool to mop up any stray bunnies.
