Sensor Cleaning - have things moved on?

It's not often that I need to clean my sensor, being pretty fastidious about how and where I change lenses, and being generally careful. I'm down to my last swab and drop of fluid, so I thought I'd better stock up.

It's ages since the last time I bought any, and back then it seemed that everything was Visible Dust, having just had a look on Amazon there are dozens of new ones, standard swab & fluid packs along with pre-packed, pre-impregnated disposables (of which the idea appeals).

Is it the case that Visible Dust is still the way to go (they always worked for me), or has the game moved on? Are there any that have given good results, or any that should definitely be avoided?

Thanks in Advance!

word of warning if using the inpregnated ones do NOT add any additional fluid as it will leave smears

Stick with the Visible dust packs, I recently had to use a smear type cleaning pack on my camera and it cleaned it quickly, easily and thoroughly.
