After some advice for my sons 350d would you do a DIY clean or send it in somewhere

It's dead easy to diy and saves a fortune

Alternatively, next time you buy yourself a cold drink somewhere, get yourself an extra WRAPPED drinking straw, use it to vacuum the sensor manually by sucking out through the straw, works a treat as long as stuff has not sat on the sensor for ages and started welding to the low pass.

I bought a SensorKlear from Lenspen and cleaned my 30D, a couple of weeks ago, for the very first time.

Absolute dawdle to use and you could eat your dinner off it now!
