Sensitivity problems using the wacom pen in Lightroom

I have been using an Intuos 4 Wacom pen and tablet for sometime now, however when using it in Lightroom I find the pen to be very very sensitive i.e. using it to adjust the developing sliders, I just can't seem to adjust them without moving them slightly when I've adjusted to what I want, which means I have to go back to what I'm doing if you get my gist. So my question is does anyone else find this ? I have tried adjusting the settings in the properties menu but to no real avail, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Alas I just got into the habit of hovering over the slider and using the <- and -> cursor keys to make the adjustments.

Thanks for the reply Denyer, I will give that a try, seems a bit of a naff way of having to do it though. Any thoughts from anyone else ?
