Hi everyone first off like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy new yr

Now the sensitive part I,ve been asked could I get a canvas made with a pair of angel wings with a name in the middle no problem I first thought
then I found out reason why the woman would like it done it is because she had a miscarriage at 8wks this happened over 15yrs ago now other times I,d say yes no problem I,d get a canvas made up but with this I feel a bit uneasy reason she has it in her head it was a girl but I thought you could not know until later on in the pregnancy please don,t think i.m being insensitive because I am not I have been through this situation myself in the past so plz could I have your views both men/female on what you think

No, you can't tell until later in the pregnancy but why does that matter to you in terms of doing this for her? She obviously believes the child was a girl and I assume has been using the name for the last 15 years. I don't really think this is a good time to be getting pedantic about what might have been.

If that's what she wants and how she deals with it then do it. It's not your issue to be worried or sensitive/insensitive about. Get on with it.

For what it's worth I've experienced miscarriages too many moons ago so I also know how it feels.

I'd have to ask why on earth do you think you have the right to even be expressing an opinion on what this person wants done in this situation? I take it you're in business to provide a service to people, not pass judgement on what they have asked for, or why.

Irrespective of your own personal experience (which i'm sorry to hear about), it is not your place to pass judgement on this ladies request. That's not your job. If her wishes are to have it done, crack on and do it, end of.
