So update! Got home and rung EBay-in a nutshell it's all sorted! Thanks to everyone who replied and gave advice (even the wisecracks were funny!)

your paypal receipt ,notification of payment e/m will be a scam .just forward it to
spoof@paypal.com
and sit back and wait for there reply usually in a couple of hours .
