Selling equipment.

i know my post count is not high to list on the selling forum,but could someone reccomend a good site to sell my nikon gear,i dont really want to use e-bay as i have had problems with paypal scammers and would rather deal f2f.

Well, you havebeen a member for long enough, so be active and make some sensible posts and the mods may be kind. A few posts a day over a week or so would probably get you access.

Failing that Gumtree, but be careful on there too.

Everyone likes a member to be 'established' with lots of FB. Then if they value there membership, they wont want to be fired off for some dodgy deal. Some fears may be allayed by accepting part payment first the rest on receipt (both seller & buyer take a risk). I've always found Ebay ok, - less agro would be to have a BIN price - only to dispatch on receipt of cleared payment. Or list it collection pay cash only. List your lowest price (then add fees - Ebay & Paypal) auctions can be more unpredictable but you may get a better price. I think Loot allows you to place small free ads too.
