Am i the only one to think the whole thing is a hoax? Camera angles / timings / bemused mother (prozac or congenital stupidity?) / etc???

Unfortunatly mate, I think you might well be.

Sadly kids like this really do exist. However, as said, she only got that way because of her parents. With the exception of uncontrolable circumstances, kids are born with a clean mental slate. They are subsequently brought up and conditioned by the parents. So really the parents are just as much to blame, if not completely.
