Selective colour using elements 11 or ACDSee pro 6

I can do selective colour in camera (Nikon D600) but would prefer to do in PP . I cannot find ref to this in either help files . Maybe they call it something different. For those not familiar with Nikon terminology 'selective colour' is keeping certain colours while the remaining ones show black and white. Any pointers appreciated.

I hope I understand your question. Even if you are not using Lightroom 4 or 5, I suggest that if you persevere with this tutorial, it should give you an overview of the principles involved with all Adobe products.

If you really must do selective colour there are hundreds of tutorials online.

Just google "selective colour photoshop elements", et voila, loads of results telling you exactly what you want to know.

Just remember that selective colour was invented by Beelzebub to further his nefarious aims.

I think he's just pointing out that selective colour is very controversial. A lot of people see it as a horrible cliché.
