Is anyone using this? I'm having a problem uploading a profile to my 758 lightmeter. It seems my computer won't connect to my lightmeter. I'm assuming because the lightmeter isn't especially new and the software probably isn't either, and my Mac is fairly recent, or at least more recent than the light meter. Could be the USB cable and I have another one at work which I'll try tomorrow.. But in the meantime if anyone has had any success, would be appreciated if you could give me some advice!

Thanks

Did you install the USB driver as well as the Data Transfer Software?

I installed some USB driver but I'm on a Mac so it's a bit limiting as far as that goes. We've got a Windows laptop at work so going to give that a go and see what happens. Also will try another USB cable. I'm sure this one is probably not a data cable and charge only.

Well, I loaded the DTS software on my work Mac, used my other micro USB cable. Worked first time without issue. Camera profile is uploaded to the light meter so will have to test it out tonight!

I had a look at that video and it was really useful! Thanks for pointing me to it. I was actually a bit apprehensive as to a. whether my Sekonic 758 still actually worked - as it's not been turned on since.. well, my last post (it did, after changing the battery), and b. whether I could get it working on my MacBook with an M3 Pro. Again, it does work and hooks up to the software without hesitation. So that's a result!
