Security systems recommendations - CCTV and intrusion alarm

I know there are lots of experience on here. I'm looking for an alarm system and CCTV.

CCTV
Must not rely on cloud services for operation. Cloud service must be optional and granular. i.e. ok for stuff to be sent to cloud if I allow it, but if the cloud service disappears, then it all still works.
Prefer them to be integrated, but not a deal breaker.

Wired system.
Good optics.
HD 1080p as a minimum, preferably 4MP.
Will need a minimum of 4 internal cameras.
2 external, ability for ptz would be good.
Like to have a remote doorbell with cam.

Must be able to differentiate a person compared with the lights going off or sunrise/set
Local storage of video feeds and cloud-based storage.
Mobile phone notifications and video feed access.
Able to record and identify events to date/time.
Access to saved video alerts.
Web browser access is a bonus.
battery backup a bonus, though I can add an external UPS.

Alarm system
External siren/bell box
door and window sensors
remote control on/off by phone and fob
panic button
mobile phone notifications
battery backup

Been looking fore something similar but not found one that does it all.

ADT have all but mega£££ then monitoring, service, hidden charges....

You're probably better asking for recommendations of CCTV/Security dealers in your area and get them to quote for your requirements.
We are in the process of doing something similar and are now armed with a couple of firms in our area that have good recommendations from a few sources.
