Second hand monitor

I am looking for an OK photo editing monitor. I am currently using a 10-15 year old DELL, 17inch, so it cannot get any worst. I am looking for over 21inch monitor that I could buy second hand for around £50-£80. It should be feasible to calibrate it.
I use my images mostly online, but occasionally i will print large scale it this helps.

Can you please recommend something?

You can buy new ips monitors in that size range for under £100 if you look around.

Thank you, but is a budget IPS decent quality? And equal to a mid-range one?
I was thinking that buying second hand I can get slightly better quality for the budget than when buying new.

Have a look at the dell ips range, good monitor at a good price. I use two dell 2209wa and calibrate with an i1 display pro.
