Can anyone recommend any good books on taking good seascape shots?

Think you'll be lucky to be honest. However most landscape technique books usually cover coastal shots in some way or other.

Have a look at Bay Sky by Joel Myerowitz. They are beautiful coastscapes (?); probably more inspirational than instructional but well worth a look.
