Searching for a User Manual

Apart from the Wanted section here on TP, does anyone know of any other places I can ask people if they have a User Manual for sale?

I'm looking for a manual for the Nikon 70-200mm F2.8 VRII lens, I'm aware of the downloadable .pdf ones but would prefer one in a booklet form if at all possible.

I've got some. There were a couple of 70-200 VR II lenses amongst the kit we lost in a break-in last year, but we don't keep the printed manuals with the lenses, so there will be a couple of spare ones somewhere. PM me your address and I'll post one to you.

might sound odd but if you have the pdf can you print one if you need a hard copy?
