Well it's a steam train. It was due into the station at 08:00 to pick up passengers, the picture was taken 2 minutes before and the station is 2 miles behind it.

Definitely caught the concentration in the picture, circular and chain saws are two of the things I think better be careful here.

Thank you Keith, I am careful with that beast, most saws are dangerous and to do a proper job you need many of them, I have that, a jigsaw (that is not good in straight lines) and a few handsaws.

Week 28 Unsightly

That is quite an Unsightly scene, the scaffolding opposite doesn't help either. Nice composition with the prow of the barge right in the corner and using the diagonal.

Is that all stuff that's been dredged from the canal, or pulled off the towpath? Disgraceful if it is!

Unsightly: The barge looks abandoned. Is it just a dumping ground or is it taking the junk to a landfill?
Pretty: great close-up the colours are really vibrant
Windows: love this, good eye to spot it.

Pretty: it is indeed. Lovely colour and great detail from the stack.
Windows: Well spotted and a slightly different take on the theme. The composition leads the eye nicely.
