The photo (not the vid) at the top of the report is mine, taken at full stretch on my Fuji bridge - 700mm. No editing by me, straight out the can.

Odd getting a seal turn up out the blue, makes a change to turkey at this time of year though.

The photo isn't brilliant, but when your hand held at 700mm in the wind, you take what you can get.

Can I ask how did you submit your photo(s)?

Were they looking for photos to cover the event or did you just send them through their website with a PS note "I was there when this happened"

I didnt get paid (there were lots of press and TV there anyway) and just emailed the local news fees from the website.
