SD to CF II Card Adapter

Has anyone used them, I have around 10 SanDisk 16gb and 32GB SD Ultra II Memory Cards I want to save and use.

Erm why? With memory card prices so cheap, I'd just sell them on and buy the equivalent...although I know that CF is more expensive...

I've not used a SD > CF adapter, actually never seen one...

I tried one of these, bit of a faff having to take out the adapter, then take the card out of the adapter, fit new card, and refit adapter, easier to just get CF cards.

I've heard of people using them with eyeFi wireless transmitter cards which only come as SD format - seemed to work well.
