Scratched LCD screen 600D

I have a fairly new 600d and have managed to scratch the plastic LCD screen already (typical!).
A: is there a good way to reduce or remove scratches? Or
B: can I just buy a new plastic screen cover?

I know you could buy replacement screen covers for some Canon compacts, but cant seem to find one for an SLR.

Just use it.. it's a tool, they get worn.

I did the same to my 60D on first use, I was gutted! Purchased a GGS screen protector since, which works fine. Can't fold the screen away though as it's too thick with the protector on.
