Scottish Photography Programme

I enjoyed that too, a great programme, and Charlie seems a great guy, seems the kind of guy that would help you and not look down at you when you ask silly questions, another great thing is that most of these locations are on my doorstep or not far away and it gives me great motivation and inspiration...

I just wish there were more programmes like this...

Chris,

I'm with you on that - locations were all pretty close to our area.

It was fantastic I thought. The end credits included Hasselblad and Canon so I'd assume that's the kit he was using for large parts of the show. Makes me want to get my wellies out and head into the wilderness.

That was a cracking viewing ,roll on the weekend i say .The guy was so enthusiastic and passionate about his photography, which for me ,made it all the more interesting .:clap:

I missed it :(

Trying to watch it on the STV player but it just keeps saying buffering...

Oh bum! I missed it too as I ending up getting home very late from work

On the upside, I have a day photography course with Charlie Waite next month in Dorset which I'm really looking forward to.

Yes i saw this too. Enjoyed it very much. Guy does seem like someone you couldn't get annoyed with and certainly his photo's were top notch. I would imagine the main camera he was using on the show was Hassleblad and the wee bit of wildlife he was shooting was the Canon's. Must be great to get paid for that. He seemed to beenjoying himself too. I am new to photography and knew about the rule of thirds but didn't know about the 80/20 rule so i will be trying this out asap.

I watched this last night, very informative programme but found the delivery boring. Anyone without an interest in photography would switch off.

I didn't watch it as I have the DVD which is a bit longer if I remember correctly. Very interesting and informative and from what I've heard about Charlie he seems a top bloke as well.

Andy
