Anyone have any technical info on how this is possible?

Taken with a mobile phone, probably at least 200th of a sec as blur is minimal, there is some blur on the planet (but could have been hand shake) with none on the stars - nothing tin-foil hat related - but a serious question. Live long and prosper! lol

I would guess that the blur on the planet is atmospheric interference and/or camera movement since the ISS is shifting pretty fast in terms of ground speed but relatively slowly in the great scheme of things. You can safely recycle your tin foil hat! ;)

I cant get a phone signal in some places in Kent, hes done well to get a signal up there..

If you get a moment, try Kemsing.
We just got a new thing called 'electricity' down there.

Mobile signal is set to arrive in 2055

He's on tesco mobile- you can get signal anywhere [emoji51]!!! Cool pic that

the ISS has faster broadband than i do in devon - fact

I went passed Kemsing today..

It just bugs me that he's got stars in focus and exposed, the planet plus the ISS all on a lowly mobile phone. Maybe time to chuck the gear! lol

My first thought was ... Scott Kelby in Space!!! is there anywhere he hasn't been?

Reminds me of a coach trip on which the tour guide announced that they were passing the best pub in the area and the cry went up "WHY?"

My better half lived there as a kid. (a fair number of years ago now though :D )

She's the one that got away!!
They speak of her in hushed whispers....the legend lives on! :-)

Haha.

No, apparently she loved living there & particularly playing in the woods.(on the way to Otford)
She went to Kemsing primary school 1960-65. Her parents had a grocers shop. Used to be 3 Dymes rd (parade of about 8 shops, inc a hair dressers)

We visited several years ago to bring back a few memories.

Yeah, I remember it being busy when we visited. Quite a narrow & busy Rd. (her parents old shop was an Indian takeaway I think?)

SWMBO just asked, is the pond still in the middle of Otford (on a little roundabout?)

It certainly is.
I turn down there quite often... Going through Noah's Ark gets me back to work quicker than watery lane :)
Edit.... Sorry that's kemsing.
The otford pond is going nowhere.
I believe it's listed!! And boasts a nice new duck house.
