I like the off centre composition. The growing size of the shadow leads they eye through the image. Nice one.
 
I really like this Joan. The colours and the way you have offset the subject. I'm not particularly keen on the outer frame (just me!), but I'd be tempted to put this on my wall.
 
I like it! Right up my alley Joan. I assuming the frame was added in post? What software?
 
I never thought of ICM for a landscape shot. This is really well done... just the right amount of movement in my opinion.

Wish it was a beach scene but actually a field of wheat behind the dam. This is a wider angle shot to show you where I was and you can now see the ICM was another zoomed in image of the top RHS. I also did some multiple exposures but none of them successful.NZA_4738-2.jpg
 
Very nice ICM Joan, reading through the comments I was with Helen thinking it was a beach.

Scape - great idea and an effective ICM.

You can just see a little green tent halfway up the course which is where I sit! and stand. It is a godsend when its windy as the wind just whips across that field from the Forth. Down at the bottom of the track are some of the remnants of Longannet, the Kincardine coal-fuelled Power station. Largest in Europe in its time but now almost completely demolished.
 
A different take on the theme Joan, some creative thinking. We don't have dog races where I am. I think it would be fun to watch.

That‘s a monster of a pylon Joan.
It looks very electrical.
 
Wow! I've never seen a pylon like that, it's huge!.

Good choice for the theme and it looks like it's about to run across the landscape

Great shot Joan - fabulous action shot. All that springs to mind is Running Down a Dream by Tom Petty. It could be Who let the dogs out?
