Yes
England have Fabio Capello.
Already qualified for South Africa.

Ireland have Giovanni Trapattoni.
Cruelly put out of South Africa tonight by the cheating hand of Henry.
Shameful !

So the question is obvious.
Which Italian is available to manage Scotland ( at present without a manager ) ?
Is Joe Dolce available ?

Is there another Italian that fits the bill ?
List them below and I'll forward the names to the Scottish FA. :bonk:

Even a World Cup winner couldn't save us. Scottish football as a whole is in a terrible state. It'll take at least a decade to even get close to salvaging it. A sad state of affairs.

We just need players who can run the length of the pitch without stopping for a fag and a deep fried mars bar. Some talent for the game would probably help too, there's no sense having a great manager if he doesn't have the players to work with.

We have the players we have and it takes a good manager ( we don't have and can't afford great) to get the best out of them.
I repeat, the same players under a good manager beat the likes of the French and put us in a high FIFA ranking.

BTW I don't agree with making a player eligible for Scotland just because he had a pint in the Horseshoe Bar (or similar).
So we have to make do with what we have.

I see Jimmy Calderwood has expressed an interest in the job, he's got a lovely tan, maybe he holidays in Italy.
