I was looking for a backpack last week so Eileen could buy it for my birthday but wasnt able to find the one I really wanted without spending a lot more money, but Eileen found one here on this very forum and with the help of the mods was able to buy it and get the listing removed so I didnt notice......crafty ey...........but because I knew nothing of this I put in a wanted ad, and so the elaborate plan started, some members offered bags but not the one I really wanted and at this point Eileen was busy PMing all involved to not sell me a bag but in the end I did get Graham to sell me his.......hmmmm.....after a few days the plot thickened by Graham making excuses up saying the transfer hadnt gone through when all the time he and Eileen were having a good old laugh at me behind my back but making out things were ok to my face.

Today I became the owner of a new Flipside 300 from this forum c'mon own up who sold it to her:lol: and what a suprise it was when she owned up to this plan that she and a few more concocted to stop me buying another bag.

I am over the moon with the bag and over the moon with all involved as it was a very well executed plan that worked and had me fooled for a week:thumbs:


I would like to say a big thanks to everyone involved as its a superb birthday present and a thankyou to the mods for allowing the plan to go ahead in the first place against the rules

Excellent story, well done to the missus for going to the trouble of sorting it out and to the mods and sellers involved for going along with it...

...trouble is... you've got to better Eileen's efforts for her next birthday :lol::eek:

Sorry Mark its at Breighton if you fancy Sandtoft some time we can arrange a gathering there during easter as its the UK aerobatic championships 1st round, I will have a look at my membership for Breighton and if I allows more than one guest I dont mind you coming along:thumbs:
