Hi all - I have just put a message on the Introduction part of this forum, however, I also need to be sure this message gets the correct responses in good time...
I came across the name of this site through a search based on 'fake' sellers. This site was mentioned as being a good place to keep up to date with all things photography-related, as well as being a handy aid to sniff out too-good-to-be-true online deals. I obviously love my photography and I know my partner is looking to buy me a special christmas gift this year - a Nikon D5100. I know I ought to post in the correct section, but i'll mention here that I found a site - procamerashop.co.uk .... I need to know pretty soon if this shop is good or not. I dread my partner spending money on a fake site ... i'd feel awful both for the loss of his money, not to mention the disappointment for us both at being conned. Doesn't help we are trying to also save for our wedding next year. The kit i've looked at is the camera body with the 18-55mm DX VR lens - priced at around £370 currently on procamerashop. I already managed to steer clear of olimpic-cameras, after having done some digging into them through reviews. Problem is, they are crafty enough to make sure they have on-site reviews, pasted from other sites no doubt.
I also found a site - SLR Hut .... is this one any good?
Please help me find the cheapest, REAL site....
