I have a number of glass slides that I want to digitise,my flatbed scanner only has a 35mm facility and the slides are medium format size, anybody know anywhere in the West Midlands that would scan these or does anybody local have a flatbed scanner with Medium Format capabilities that I could use for an hour before taking the owner down to the pub as a thank you

How thick are they? I imagine they'll be too thick for a normal film holder thing. You might be best just putting them straight on the scanner and focusing manually

Oh, yes, I understand now.
There will definitely be somewhere that can do it for you. Why not phone a few places? Snappy Happy Chappy Snappity Snaps and all :)

Not much help but if you're ever in Scotland you're welcome to use my scanner XD

I think most places that does developing can scan. Check out the list of developing stores below.

Also on the long run investing in a scanner might be good? Some says flatbeds are rubbish but if you're not a total purist that's gunna print out shots the size of a skyscraper flatness are pretty decent IMO and a lot cheaper!
