I used my SB900's on a job last week and I was shooting with either one or two guns, using Pocket Wizards for the triggering.
The problem seem to be when the gun went to standby mode, (frequently as there were long pauses between setups) the first frame after would have the black bar of the curtain showing, as if I was on too fast a sync speed. I was shooting at 200th all the time.
Wondered if anyone else had seen this problem before :shrug:
When I get five minutes I will do another test at home, swapping PW's over and see if its anything to do with them, but I don't have this problem with my other bigger strobes.
