SB900 am I missing something

I have 2 SB900 and I am trying to set one up on camera (D7000) to iTTL BL
Neither will give that option I have RTFM many times but still can not get it.
Please Help
 
Check you have the camera set to matrix or centre weighted metering.
If it's set to spot you don't get the BL option showing on the flash.
 
Thank you, I have been through the manuals more times than I can count missed it every time

I normally use the inboard flash to control two off but worth checking the control menu for the inboard flash is set to what you want and the flash on top of your hotshoe is also in master mode
