Hi guys,

gonna borrow a mates sb800 and I wanna trigger it in SU-4, whats the time it takes after a trigger to be ready to go off again? I borrowed a firefly and it took like 5 secs to 'recock' itself. Which I didn't know before I went out :bang:
 
no not the recharge time, the firefly had a set amount of time it would wait before it would trigger the flash again, and I wanna bring in ambient (artificial) light at night with lights fairly soft so v low power settings so recycle times are unlikely to be an issue (I can set my cam to 3.5 fps and not worry about the flash not firing at low settings)

sorted, I was just wondering if there was an optical slave invoked delay like the firefly had, whoot whoot must pick up cheapy optically slaved trigger

also one day when its not raining I'm gonna walk to maplins :D
