Cheers both, only niggle is the stupid heated windscreen that is no use to man nor beast. It doesn't get rid of the frost very well & makes lights flare when it's dark.

Had lunch out today and then had a drive round a few villages & lanes looking for things to photograph and passed this church where the door had been decorated for Harvest Festival.
The door and stonework are also extremely wonky in real life, not just in this shot
Lovely pic Sarah - black and white always seems to work well with older buildings and the subtle bits of colour really make the image pop without over-powerring things
Yep, would agree, I wanted it tight to the arch, but should have made a little space either side to keep in those little finial bits. Didn't want to go too wide as that would have lost the impact of the greenery.
very nice - I even like the selective colouring - though I feel the garlands as you get to the top of the doorway could do with a little exposure boost but that's me just being picky (AKA "Me")
I nearly bought a bunch of flowers today - must get one next week - it will keep me in shots for a good while, although I don't have the vase collection that you have
Right, had a few days away in the Cotswolds, so no computer & not much of a signal, but I did load these onto facebook on the correct days so I kept up.
Thanks all.
Jake we stayed in Chipping Campden at Badgers Hall tea rooms Very highly recommended although if staying, book the room at the back. The front room has a good view of the village, but the co-op next door starts at 05:30!! The breakfasts are superb and the afternoon tea very good. Nice restaurants and bars in the village too.
