Santago Rare Leopard Project

Some of you might not be aware but the owner of the Leopard Project, Pete James has unfortunately passed away. I believe his widow Jackie is now running the project but its a bit unsure how long it will continue. If anyone is interested in going, I would book now.

Has anyone been before? I'm going on 23rd March (with photographersonsafari.com). Has anyone been on a workshop with them before? How did you rate it?

I went to Santago back in 2006 and thorougly enjoyed it.

I know there was some doubt if Santago would continue due to considerable hike in insurance from around £200 to around £7,000.

I have not been with photographersonsafari.com

Thats a damn shame hope someone can re-home the cats in a decent environment, if they cant be kept where they are.

Santago is a really great place. Have been there twice in the past (the first time I even managed to hands on with a leopard cub).

Any idea how many ppl they let on these things ?
