SanDisk Ultra II memory cards feature faster performance, greater storage capacities, and better dependability, so you can get the most from your investment in a feature-rich, high-quality digital camera or camcorder.

got an 8GB, same thought crossed my mind, its been faultless though:)

Sure this has been on before....!!

Remember when 512mb cards were coming out though...."Imagine loosing all them photos...."

True, but how many photos was that? Would only be a few hundred surely. A 32gb card would be 2000 photos on my D80. I'll stick with the 4gb versions;)

Depends what quality/res you use. I used to use low/medium as I never used to print or show them off. Now that I even sell some, I use RAW.

i usally use a 8GB Extreme III or IV and get about 2000 shots, at Jpeg Fine

i would shot in raw but still working alot of things out...

Well, a few years ago one of my SanDisk cards corrupted. And it was a 256mb SD on my point and shoot!

No idea why it was corrupted as I never dropped it or anything out of the ordinary. Some decent recovery software pulled most of the photos back.

I keep hearing this. Has ANYONE ever had a card go tits up? Ever? Unless you snap it or drop it in water, that doesn't count.

Or someone dicks about with your camera when you're not looking and accidentally formats your card.... EH!
