SanDisk Rescue Pro Deluxe

Hi all,

I purchased some compact flash cards and with it came Rescue Pro Deluxe but when I tried to enter the product code, it would not validate it.

The cards are almost certainly genuine but were purchased a little over a year ago.

Any ideas how I can get it to work and recover files as I have lost about 30 photos today as Lightroom 5 and Lexar Card Reader couldn't read the files.

Or try Canons own software instead of L/R.

I always use Recuva, which is free, from the same folks that do CCleaner.

I had the same issue a while back but it turned out that their instructions on what to do with the code wearnt very clear.

I cannot remember how I sorted it though. All I remember is that the code doesn't go where you think it does.
