10MB/s is pretty slow. I think the norm is 30MB/s and the eXtreme ones are 60MB/s

Fair enough. I wouldn't risk it with mail order though because if they send you older stock having advertised them as such, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

You can always return them under the distance selling act.

I picked up one today in Bath and that was a 30 mb/s card too.
