Daily Samuelslade007 Year Two 365 - 342 Twilight

I've never read Terry Pratchett although my sister has the whole collection.

Not a fan of SC, but it works in the first. 2nd is strangely alluring and the 3rd is what it is

Monstrous Regiment! That works for me! I remember my days as an avid Warhammer collector. I never really enjoyed the game itself, but I loved painting the models! Such good fun! Now all my hobby time/money is on photography!

no is the simple answer, the conventional 365 is a photo per day, however in this section you make your own rules for your challenge, personally for me it is a photo per day, but for others it maybe a week of photo's to a theme that could all be shot on the same day, at then end of it all, this is your challenge and your's alone, set your rules and them follow them

Phew - at least I dont have to feel so stressed if I dont get out to do what I want to do or am at work till late into the night .... felt like i was cheating on odd days when I posted photos from another day - feel okay about it now :D

Great shots since I was last in Kev  The Tiger is just so gorgeous :) Love Tigers

Animals is a nice set - you did get your money's worth there.

Hope you are recovering from your ills :)

thanks sarah... i'm better thanks

Great eye contact with the tiger Kev

I starred that cute little pussy cat down... admittedly the other side of the wire..

I love day 132, the Tiger is gorgeous!

she is isnt she...

Set your own rules and enjoy :) You got some really good shots on the zoo trips.

thanks sarah

Love that last shot, really nice tones to it. Love the hippo shot too, fantastic contrasts in it

cheers conor

just want to throw your arms round her neck and go...oooooo.... :bonk:

Awesome Kev ..............love the Magic you create !

I try vince...thanks

I like the idea behind this.... your use of selective colouring conveys that....but, what is the significance behind the glass jar?....
And.... it's good to see your return.

spoon ..jar jar.. spoon.... classic Tommy Cooper trick :naughty:

I like this...if only because one of my son's enjoyed warhammer....
Way beyond my understanding of how it was all meant to work though...

... i concur... though i do subscribe to their ethos ...In the future... There is only War :bat:

Warhammer shots are awesome. I've been meaning to get some close ups of them, when painted well (which these appear to be) they look awesome!

thanks

Loving the change in direction Kev, nice to see a little bit of vibrancy again

thanks matt... i need the change

That's wonderfully silly and quirky, loving the lighting and the pose. My favourite, so far, of your Terry Pratchett titles, I think.

I'm also liking how the stack of plates and saucers make me think of a weird Dr Seus Cat-in-the-Hat type hat.

Gosh but I hope you didn't drop any... ;)

I know nothing of Terry Pratchett so beyond me but still ace photos.... love the last one and agree with gheez.... cat in the hat springs to mind and i love that film and dr seuss stuff:D

Great shot but bet the dinner service was happy when you put it down safely

Wow so far behind! I love all your updates. That's certainly a fine looking tiger. Favourite is "Sourcery" though. Great idea and perfect title for it!

I like these - I love Pratchett;s Discworld novels - haven't quite read all of them, but have most of them and re-read frequently. Looking forward to seeing more of this series.

Ha ha ha. Love it. Love the toothy grin. Really gritty and oh so amusing.

Thief of time is another awesome expression Kev ,,,,,Remarkable life of the Self Portrait work ..............The Master of disguises also .............Brilliant

I'm quite enjoying the flit between the animals, SLs and the SPs ...some nice variety and pretty much all of them are great...I just don't get the significance of the wooden spoon in 133?

Sourcery made me smile and Thief Of Time made me laugh! :)

132 is fabtastic!
