Daily Samuelslade007 Year Two 365 - 342 Twilight

It look like Shakespeare meets Star Wars with those 'swords'! The glasses are fab! I don't know Othello, though, so will have to actually really read the text!:D

I really enjoy your wacky take on things...and I like this image generally...
But, your words don't seem to fit the image....although, that could just be me...
Your words say... "Sir...your age and status.....", I do not look at the guy wielding the weapon and 'see' that which you are trying to convey.....

Thanks Lee, i guess i cant hit it on the mark every time

Day 121 Othello

Day 121 365 Oth 03 by Kev_H, on Flickr

IAGO: Well, good luck to them tonight in bed! Come with us, lieutenant. I’ve got a jug of wine, and these two Cyprus gentlemen want to drink a toast to the black Othello.

CASSIO: Not tonight, Iago. I’m not much of a drinker. I wish there was less social pressure to drink.

Day 122 Othello

Day 122 365 Oth 04 by Kev_H, on Flickr

OTHELLO: This Iago is extremely honest and good, and he knows a lot about human behavior. If it turns out that she really is running around on me, I’ll send her away, even though it’ll break my heart. Maybe because I’m black, and I don’t have nice manners like courtiers do, or because I’m getting old—but that’s not much—She’s gone, and I’ve been cheated on. I have no choice but to hate her. Oh what a curse marriage is! We think our beautiful wives belong to us, but their desires are free! I’d rather be a toad in a moldy basement than to have only a part of someone I love, sharing the rest of her with others. This is the plague of important men—our wives betray us more than those of poor men. It’s our destiny, like death. We are destined to be betrayed when we are born...

Oh man, I'm loving all the characters in your photos. So much imagination. Very different to any other 365s here, I have to admit. Nice work yet again :)

liking that last one a lot :D

I think you should have all three plays published in one of those 'coffee table' books Kev - would be great :D

Day 123 Othello

Day 123 365 Oth 05 by Kev_H, on Flickr

IAGO: Keep working, poison! This is the way to trick gullible fools. Many good and innocent women are punished for reasons like this.—My lord? My lord, Othello!
