Daily Samuelslade007 Year Two 365 - 342 Twilight

Love the composition and the fact that your eyes are kind of half hidden....taking it in conjunction with the text and hiding in the woods, it's like you've hidden such an expressive part of a person just prior to exposing the real identity. Definite fan of todays!

Love all of 116, 117 and 118. I think 116 is particularly well lit. I knew the quote it related to as soon as I saw 117, and I knew the scene (although not the exact quote) from 118. I love how your goatie almost becomes part of your hat in that one. Great thread here!

Thanks Tim. Looking again I see what you mean :D about the beard!

Would have liked to have seen more light on the eyes too

I'm with Sam on this one Sarah... I do like the hidden eyes... Anything else and they'd verge on scary..

Day 119 Othello

Day 119 365 Oth 01 by Kev_H, on Flickr

RODERIGO: You told me you hated him.

IAGO: I do hate him, I swear. Three of Venice’s most important noblemen took their hats off to him and asked him humbly to make me his lieutenant, the second in command. And I know my own worth well enough to know I deserve that position.

Not a great fan (school put pay to that I think  ) but I am a fan of great photography and your shots come into that category :D

I try :D (or is that I'm trying ??? )

Day 120 Othello

Day 120 365 Oth 02 by Kev_H, on Flickr

IAGO: You, Roderigo! Come on, I’ll fight you.

OTHELLO: Put away your swords. They’ll get rusty in the dew. Sir, your age and status inspire more respect than your weapons do.

I really enjoy your wacky take on things...and I like this image generally...
But, your words don't seem to fit the image....although, that could just be me...
Your words say... "Sir...your age and status.....", I do not look at the guy wielding the weapon and 'see' that which you are trying to convey.....
