Day 26 ... the lifesaver :D



Simple, but effective i feel.. the fence and stile being in focus helps to frame the forever blurring backdrops of the fens :thumbs:

nice work again Kev. Agree with your explanation for keeping the stile in focus. I kind of like the OOF post on the horizon too. i think. :D

hadn't noticed it til you noticed it, leigh.....i'm going to run all of my photos now through the 'leftcurl ominous object in background software' just to be sure from now on.. :thumbs:
 
Day 27



Tried to go for simple here, so very little red because the sign would have been the obvious red to go for but i felt it needed just the rear lights.

Ironically the day after i took this, the AA stuck a great big yellow sign directly under it which i feel would have destroyed the image .... so if you something, don't delay.. because tomorrow it might well be gone :bonk:

Wait for a car? Not long. Busy shortcut road. But waited til it was on its own though. Thx :thumbs:
 
A really fantastic shot, clever and well executed....

brilliant. Can't decide now between this shot and the red gothic rope one which is my fave so far.

Just wasn't sure if the OOF tree on the horizon is a little off putting :lol:

thats it tezz.. blame the equipement!... like the time a lady cop stopped me photographing in a 20mph zone and i said 'sorry officer it just went off in my hands' .. :naughty:

..the bin was just there to show i can do rubbish shots as well...

..and yes..the sign would have been... i never even tried to paint it red, knew it'd be wrong :thumbs:
 
Day 28

Here are two shots because i couldn't decide on which angle i liked better.

Shot one: at an angle but i clipped the LHS corner off :bonk:



Shot two: Almost from an observers angle nee a passers by, looking into the garden making the wreath the object opposed to the monument.



Let me know what you think...

i was just thinking how much i like the view through the trees... and i hadn't even noticed the huge telegraph pole overpowering the background :suspect:

It's not appearing on my screen :shrug:

people ask me for what reason is there a green cube in the photo..yet i've yet to see it ... :shrug:
