Is anyone else having problems with Sams Photolab. We placed an order on 25th May and have still not received our prints. I've sent emails, facebook messages and telephoned but haven't received any response at all. We've used them for several orders and haven't had a problem before, but this time...................
 
Unfortunately it's not the first thread no. I've had great service in the past but have used Loxley for the last 12-18 months exclusively now.
 
Use DCSL, similar in price but actually deliver very quickly and do answer calls and emails straight away.
 
It's a shame about these threads where Sam's Photolab seems to be messing up.
Never used them before, but had always heard great things about them in the past.

I do hope Dave sorts things out, he seem to be losing what was once a great reputation.

I hope he is well and will get things sorted out.
