I know there was a long thread about this online printer a wee while ago, but I thought I would give him a try.

Only ordered 2 prints, 18x12" and an A3 at 10.30am on Wednesday.

Waiting on my doorstep at 10am today.

Really excellent quality prints with very fast service.

Will most certainly use Sam's Photolab for all my special prints from now on.
 
I've just had a few images from him a few days ago. Fantastic service and quality of prints.
 
I also placed my first order with Sam's a couple of weeks ago. The prints were superb, but unfortunately the packaging had taken a right old whack through the post, and many of my prints were damaged. Others had spilled out of their bags and got stuck to the tape used to secure the bundle in the box.

I wrote to David, and within a few hours he had replied and dispatched replacements for the damaged prints. I think Sam's packaging could be better (something David said he is looking into), but I can't fault the service or print quality. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again.

I have never used Sam's, but will do one day. I was a little shocked from the recent thread where SnappinSam's had a complaint or two.
When I was a member of the SWPP, I had heard nothing but praise for this lab.
It's nice to see that a satisfied customer creating a thread, normally threads on retailers/labs etc are only created when there is a complaint.
