Has anyone had any contact with Sams Photo lab in past few days?

I've sent a couple of emails to them about a problem with an order and not had a response yet. Also tried calling them 4 or 5 times and nobody is answering.

Seems very strange because usually David (the owner) is very quick to respond - have always thought the customer service was excellent.
 
I'm here - just me in just now - and I don't usually manage to answer calls at certain times.... particulary in the late afternoon as that's when most orders are being boxed up...

Email me and I'll call you back at a time to suit.... I check my mail every hour or so....

Hi David - still no response from you at all and no answer when I tried calling. Can you reply to one of my emails or give me a call to sort this out? Thanks
 
Just to tie the loop - David got back to me and explained they had staff missing and resolved the problem entirely. Would still heartily recommend Sams!
